1. Medical history of secondary services – the underlying data
   We analyse the efficacy of your secondary services by reviewing the supporting data and processes that drive cleaning, maintenance and the transportation of goods and patients. Our analysis helps us to determine costs and personnel data. We then compare the results with operating figures in a parallel business. Based on these figures, we can determine which areas your facilities are economically sound and where your budget is over-extended due to inefficiencies.  
2. Interpretation of the findings
   The next step we take is to determine possible root causes of the unnecessary costs by comparing your structures with those of other optimally working facilities.
