Our research and teaching Assignments

Kunibert Lennerts is the head of the faculty of Facility Management in the Institute of Technology and Management in Construction at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
Dipl.-Ing. Jan Zak works at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences as a lecturer in the faculty of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Gunar Krause is a member of the teaching body in the faculty of Technical Facility Management at the Berlin School of Economics and Law and a member of the teaching body in the faculty of Facility Management at Berliner Hochschule für Technik.

Our presence at universities enables us to directly transfer research findings into practice and share our experience as part of an academic institute.

Andreas Hintz is a member of the team of lecturers at DGNB Academy, where he trains new DGNB auditors and consultants.

Our Memberships

Thanks to our engagement in various bodies of the real estate industry, we are directly participants in current developments. For example, our intensive collaboration in the establishment and further development of the DGNB systems has made us one of the leading providers of DGBN certifications.

Thanks to our personal engagement in the DGNB, the German Property Federation (ZIA) and the German Facility Management Association (GEFMA), we are always up-to-date and able to integrate our knowledge into our daily work.
